Pa amb Tomàquet
 Toasted bread rubbed with tomato and garlic, drizzled with olive oil

Manchego Croqueta
 Fried croquette filled with creamy Manchego cheese

SECOND COURSE
 These two options will be in addition to the current selection of Pintxos.
This course will be served at the Raw Bar.

Escalivada
 Charred eggplant, peppers, and onions with olive oil and sherry vinegar

Boquerones en Vinagre
 White anchovies marinated in vinegar with garlic and parsley

THIRD COURSE

Suquet de Peix
 Catalan fish stew with monkfish, prawns, and potatoes in saffron broth

Arroz Negre
 Black rice with cuttlefish, squid ink, and aioli

FOURTH COURSE

Meloso de Ternera
 Slow-braised veal shoulder with red wine and mushrooms

Canelons
 Stuffed pasta with roasted meat, topped with béchamel and cheese

Crema Catalana
 Catalan-style crème brûlée with cinnamon and lemon zest

Mel i Mató
 Fresh cheese with honey and walnuts
