Half Moon is the newest addition to the Fort Pond Bay Company family, serving casual yet sophisticated American cuisine. Located in Dobbs Ferry, NY on the Hudson River waterfront, Half Moon has become a Westchester favorite for enjoying steaks, raw bar, and fresh Montauk seafood with a view, sipping a specialty cocktail at our outside bar, or even attending a special private event.
A Note on Safety
At Half Moon and Harvest on Hudson, our top priority is the safety of our guests and employees.
Both of our locations are vast, with high ceilings, creating the ultimate space to dine while maintaining social distance.
In addition to our lovely spaces, we have installed Merv 13, rated air filters, specifically designed to prevent the spread of airborne pathogens. All of our HVAC coils have been sanitized with Evap-Fresh, a product designed to circulate through the system, and create another level of protection.
Capsr (Continuous Air & Surface Pathogen Reduction) units have been installed throughout each location. These devices purify the air during the day, and sanitize the air at night, when the restaurant is empty.
We have hired a professional sanitizing crew to come bi-monthly, deep clean and sanitize all surfaces, with special commercial grade products that have a long lasting effect.
Finally our multiple air handling units are constantly bringing in fresh air from the outdoors, maintaining the highest air quality.
